🏠Clubhouses — Where Conversations Begin
Think of a clubhouse as a cozy, virtual hangout. It’s a place where people who share similar interests can come together to talk, exchange ideas, and form new connections.
You can browse through all existing clubhouses created by our team or by other members — everything from book clubs and creative circles to travel groups and local communities.
If nothing quite fits your vibe, you can create your own clubhouse and shape it however you like. As the creator, you become its moderator, which means you decide what kind of space it is:
Public: anyone can join and even non-members can see what’s going on.
Open: visible to the whole community — anyone can join, no approval needed.
Closed: invitation-only, and only members can see what’s shared.
Secret: completely hidden from non-members — only invited people know it exists.
Flexible: a customizable option where you can tweak the rules and visibility to your liking.
You’ll also be able to set the location of your clubhouse. This is helpful if members ever want to meet offline. For example, a “Writers of Paris” clubhouse could lead to a local meetup. But if you prefer to keep it online, just choose None from the location list.
💬 Topics — The Conversations Inside Clubhouses
Within each clubhouse, you’ll find topics — these are like tables or corners where different discussions happen.
For example, in a “Fitness & Wellness” clubhouse, one topic might be about strength training, another about nutrition tips, and another about mental well-being.
When you create a topic, you can choose its format:
Blog — for sharing thoughts or experiences.
Dialogue — for interactive conversations.
News — for updates or announcements.
Content — for sharing media or resources.
Add a title, image, and short description — and your topic is ready to host its own mini-community of voices and ideas.
You can also organise events, share photo albums, and manage members in your clubhouse — it’s your space to build and nurture however you like.
